These are the original versions of pieces that came out on the Presets and Magnifying glass records (2009-11)
There are extended versions with different arrangements and mixes and early improv versions too.
Listening back, I prefer a lot of these early versions. They generally seem a little less cluttered and more acoustic. I was playing a lot of violin at the time. They are mostly, less produced too. I think you get a sense of the working out of these two records which at this point were, apparently one record although I don't remember it that way.
I am so happy to find this CD in an old brown satchel and make it available to you...
This completes my trilogy of out-takes, alternative versions and re-workings series over the last couple of years.
